She was the key player in getting Coolersomm Wine bar and shop in Wandsworth off the ground, where she managed the entire launch process—from sourcing the opening stock (a mix of classic regions and hidden gems) to designing the menu, selecting glassware, and training the team.

This hands-on expertise is built on a journey through London’s wine world. Before Coolersomm, she curated the selections for all three locations of French wine chain; Nysa Wine. Her talent for building a shop from the ground up was proven at Hootch Supermarket in Dalston, where she sourced the entire launch inventory, championing organic and natural wines.

Her foundational years were spent at iconic spots like The Grocery Wine Vault in Shoreditch, where she dramatically expanded its offering of organic and natural wines, and 68 & Boston in Soho, where she was part of the team that opened the 160-seat bar, creating its famous £20 wine list.
