La dolce vida and Bisol Prosecco, wine video
Recently, the La Dolce Vida show hit London with a magnificent display of all things Italian. And of course, there was plenty of wine in attendance including that lovely sparkler, prosecco. Bisol was one of the major producers at the show. They’ve been producing prosecco in the Veneto since 1542 so they know a thing or two about it. I had the opportunity to try their single vineyard prosecco, the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Crede as well as sit down and have a chat with Roberto Cremonese of Bisol Prosecco.
p.s. I love the way Roberto says “bubble”!

Great pics! You do love those helicopter rides, don’t you? 🙂 Me and Wine90 really enjoyed the Bisol prosecco, lucky us, Roberto left the bottle for us to finish off!
