Ray’s Bar offering 50% off on it’s new cocktails this week only
Late night cocktail bar, Ray’s Bar in Dalston recently launched their new summer menu and to coincide with that, they are offering 50% off their new cocktails this week only.
“From long and short concoctions, to sweet and savoury flavours, many of the cocktails comprise unusual spirits from around the globe, including the likes of Fernet Branca, Umeshu and Cocchi di Torino, along with summery combinations of fresh and zesty flavourings.”
From Tuesday 23 May to Thursday May 25th, cocktail drinkers will be able to enjoy 50% off the following newbies on the block:
Aperitifs
• Voodoo Radler (£7) – Pamplemousse, Grapefruit Sherbert, Hop Syrup, Lager
• Koku (£8) – Saké, Umeshu, Lemon, Violet, Egg White
Mains
• Scotch Mist (£8) – Highland Park 12 Scotch, Orange Sherbet, Lemon, Ginger & Cassia Syrup
• Citrus Paradiso (£8) – Martell VSOP, Grapefruit, Lemon, Maraschino, Curacao
To Finish
• Gunpowder Gimlet (£10) – Absolut Elyx Vodka, Death’s Door Gin, Green Tea, Clarified Lime Juice
• Smoking Jacket (£9) – QuiQuiRiQui Matalan Mezcal, Sweet Vermouth, Fernet-Branca, Bitters
After Party
• Sweet Virginia (£8) – Beefeater Gin, Belsazar Rose Vermouth, Raspberries, Lemon
• La Vida Loca (£10) – Vida Mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, Maraschino, Lime, Velvet Falernum, Green Tea
The new cocktails were created by Head Bartender, Dave Miller, and focuses on redefining modern classics using old school techniques; such as natural clarification, milk punches and sherbets. It all sounds delish.
And to help you you soak up all that booze, drinkers can go upstairs and order a pizza from Voodoo Ray’s.
Ray’s Bar is open Tues – Sun til late and Friday and Saturday until 3am.
