Cote Brasserie launches online French wine shop
If there’s one thing you can count on at Côte, it’s that if it isn’t French, it isn’t on the list. It’s a bold philosophy, but one that has served them well for two decades. Now, they’re taking that “all-French or nothing” ethos to the digital world with the launch of Côte Uncorked, their first-ever online wine shop.

A French Connection for Your Front Door
It’s a clever move. While Côte has been the go-to for a reliable steak frites and a glass of Picpoul for years, the demand to take those discoveries home has been brewing. Enter a curated platform featuring over 200 bottles, making it the first French-only online shop launched by a UK restaurant group.
From the crisp whites of Chablis to the heavy hitters of Bordeaux and the sophisticated fizz of Champagne, the list feels like a greatest-hits tour of the Hexagon.
Introducing the Côte Cuvée
Perhaps the most exciting news for regulars is the debut of the Côte Cuvée range. Launched on March 18th across their 69 brasseries, these small-batch wines were blended specifically to play nice with Côte’s menu. Here’s the lowdown on the 2025 vintage:
- The White: A Vermentino and Grenache Blanc blend. They’re calling it “seafood’s soulmate,” and with that peachy lift and coastal salinity, it’s basically sunshine in a glass.
- The Rosé: Pale, elegant, and very much in the Provençal style. Expect bright strawberry and lemon notes—perfect for when the British weather finally decides to behave.
- The Red: A smooth, spicy Grenache Noir. It’s unashamedly approachable and practically begs to be paired with a rare ribeye.
The Shortlist: Curated Cases
If the 200-bottle list feels a bit daunting, they’ve put together some “cheat sheet” cases to make life easier:
| Case | Price | The Vibe |
| The Discovery Six | £70 | A literal “Intro to France” with six different grape varieties. |
| Sommelier’s White Selection | £110 | A step up for those who appreciate terroir-driven whites. |
| Sommelier’s Red Selection | £120 | Big, bold, and brilliantly curated. |
| The French Fizz Case | £210 | For when only bubbles will do. |
The Verdict
In a market saturated with global blends, there is something wonderfully refreshing about Côte’s steadfast commitment to the Motherland. Whether you’re a Burgundy buff or just want a reliable rosé for the weekend, having a curated French cellar at your fingertips is a definite win.
